Shipping Policy
After successful placement of order. We ship the order after the packaging on first come first out basis. The ordered will be delivered by the partner delivery services based on their service availability.
We ship to all over India. Please contact to our support team at contact@innovoya.com for any question related to shipping.
Any issue related to delivery address will need to resolve jointly. Cusomer has to keep the track of the order once the tracking number is shared.
Return & Exchange Policy
The items are covered with standard warranty for the individual products against manufacturing defects only. This warranty is given for the benefit of Innovoya customers from any kind of manufacturing defects. The warranty stands void If the product is subject to misuse, tampering, static discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals & soldered or altered in any way. Innovoya Enterprises reserve the rights to accept products of return at its discretion.
If the customer wants to cancel the order after the shipment then we could not cancel the order as it has left our premises. But still the customer wants to cancel then one should not accept the order from courier services and return back to the sender, without opening the parcel. Any refund will be initiated within 3 business days after applying the penalty (if any) once the parcel received at our office without damage.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or wrong item shipped, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of product, supported by the proper pictures and description. Once our support team accept the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund including the return shipping cost.
