The salient feature of 24S30A 72V LFP BMS are:-

  • Short term waterproof to protect battery pack from extreme weather and tough dynamic conditions.
  • Common Port design – 2 wires only, Charge and discharge port share the same port.
  • BMS comes with balancing connection wire connector to reduce the wire complexity and number of solders.
  • Dust proof, shockproof and anti-squeezing, protects circuit from external damages.
  • BMS has passive balancing function which gives long life to the batteries.
  • The appearance is sealed by injection moulding process to improve moisture-proof and oxidation-proof circuit components and prolong the service life of the products and batteries.

One pack of BMS contains

1) Open BMS circuit board,

2) Wire with snap in connector for connection between cells and BMS.

The BMS 24S 30A comes with equalization function which facilitate to keep the cells at same level and ensure prolong life. The components used in the BMS is Highly integrated IC,  low resistance MOS, and high current equalizer.
